Viajar a Egypt

To travel to Egypt is to immerse oneself in the Pharaonic civilisation, one of the most important and impressive civilisations of humanity. A legendary, ancient and culturally rich land.Egypt never ceases to amaze as it is full of exquisite historical and natural attractions. Pyramids, tombs and temples are just some of its treasures. Egypt leaves no traveller indifferent, whether it is for its archaeological wealth, its light or the enchanting and breathtaking pleasure of gazing at the Nile. There is no trip to Egypt that does not begin in Cairo. A cosmopolitan city, home to the magnificent pyramids of Giza, considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World; the National Museum and its treasures; or the bustling streets of the Medieval quarter. With the Nile River as its protagonist, Egypt has a past that cannot be understood without Luxor, the ancient Thebes, which is home to the largest number of monuments in the country. The temple of Karnak, the Valley of the Kings and Queens or the Colossi of Memmon are some of them. It is also the starting point for a special navigation on the waters of the Nile and is often complemented by Aswan and, therefore, the Temple of Abu Simbel.Egypt, with its Nubian population, its deserts and oases, the historic city of Alexandria and the Valley of the Whales (and its significant fossil remains, which made the site a UNESCO World Heritage Site), allows for more than one different trip.
